Jobillo wood- sometimes known as ‘Tigerwood’ for its stunning and unusual grain - is a highly durable exotic wood, making it a great foundation for a chopping block. Our Jobillo wood is sourced exclusively from the Petén jungle and has deep-red and orange stripes that add an attractive touch of color to this butcher’s block.
