Itza Wood serving trays are all made from exotic woods from the Petén Jungle, the largest remaining tropical forest of Central America. Trays are made in varying sizes, with natural differences in dimensions owing to the hand-finished nature of each item. The exotic woods used for our serving trays vary between Teak, Ziricote, Jobillo, and Granadillo.
